3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be made via phone, email, or this website.
  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. A cancellation fee may be charged for late or no-show cancellations.
  • Refusal of Service: Push 5 Notary and Legal Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, incomplete documentation, improper identification, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment and Fees

  • All fees for notary and legal services will be disclosed before services are rendered.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, or cash.

Push 5 Notary and Legal Services is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. If legal representation or interpretation is needed, clients are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide valid government-issued photo ID for all signers
  • Ensure all documents are complete and ready for notarization
  • Disclose any special circumstances before the appointment (e.g., language barriers, document complexity, etc.)

Failure to meet these requirements may result in refusal of service.

7. Use of Website
